I clicked Highly Satisfied on everything even though I was trying hard to find something to criticize. This was the first time I have ordered any cabinet components. I had to depend heavily on the website's FAQ's to understand how to measure correctly as I had double doors. If CabinetNow had a little discussion about hinges that would be helpful but eventually I found what I needed from the hinge supplier.
My wife and I were overwhelmed with the choices of doors and wood but finally settled on Del Oro in a Knotty Pine. I completed the order selection, checked my measurements again and placed the order. I received an email when my order was received, one when it went into production, one when it shipped and lastly one after it arrived confirming the order complete. When the shipment arrived it took me a while to get through the packaging as this was one of the best packing jobs I have seen. Shrink wrap, padding, more shrink wrap, cardboard smartly designed to keep my doors far from the box exterior.
Lastly, the cabinet doors are magnificent. Sanded to perfection. Not a scratch and well constructed. And the knotty pine came out beautifully. I can't wait to get these stained, finished and hung. Overall I am very pleased. I'll share photos later!
