Doors

  1. Measure the cabinet opening.
  2. Add overlay distance.
  • This is how far you want your doors to go past the opening of the cabinet.

For Example: If you want to go ½” past on all sides, add 1” to your width and 1” to your height opening.

Be sure to leave a space around the perimeter of the door to ensure the doors open and close properly.

If you are refacing your doors and drawer fronts, measure your existing doors from the back to get an accurate measurement. Use those measurements for your new replacement doors.

It is recommended to have a split door application for cabinet openings over 24” W.

How to achieve split doors:

  • Opening width + overlay
  • Divide by 2
  • Subtract .0625 (1/16”) and order quantity
  • This will allow for even overlay, and space in the middle for the doors to open and close properly.

Example:
Opening width of 36” wide with ½” overlay
36" + 1" = 37"
37” ÷ 2 = 18.5”
18.5” - .0625" = 18.4375" wide

Help placing an order

All orders must be paid for online. We do not take credit card information over the phone for your own protection. All our calls, chats and emails are recorded for quality assurance.

  1. Choose the style and finish of door/drawer front/drawer box/cabinet box you may be interested in purchasing. We offer many different styles and finishes. Our finishes consist of unfinished, clear coated, 2 Coat White Pre-Prime, and Painted.
  2. Once you have your desired style and finish, plug in your measurements for your desired items in decimal form. There is a measurement conversion chart located on every product page for reference. Then, select your preferred material. If you have any specific outside edge preferences, choose those as well. There are also some advanced specification options, if needed.
  3. Adjust quantities accordingly.
  4. Add to cart.
  5. Once you have all your items added to your cart, be sure to double check all items in your cart to ensure that your measurements, materials, styles, quantities, etc. are correct.
  6. Check out following the steps needed.

My card is being declined

The most common reason your card payment is declined is because the billing address does not match the address on your bank file. If you receive a denial message, please understand we will not be collecting payment from your account. Your bank may show the charge as pending. It is your bank’s responsibility to release the charged back to the account used.

Questions about shipping

  • Will I receive status updates for my order?
    • Status updates will be sent to you within 24 hours of each update taking place.

Status updates you will receive:

  • Processed - Your order and payment have been received and verified.
  • In Production - Your order is being manufactured. This takes approximately 6-10 days. We will provide an estimated ship date when available.
  • Shipped - Your order has shipped. We will provide your tracking number(s) and a link to the carrier's website to track your shipping status to delivery.
  • Delivered - Your order has been delivered. We will provide a form and appreciate if you complete the brief customer service survey to improve our business. We also love to see your finished project! Send us pictures at info@cabinetnow.com to show us the final result!
  • How long will my order take to ship?
    • Orders typically take 1-8 business days in transit depending on where you are located. (Holidays may affect this time frame.)
  • Can I get expedited shipping?
    • We are unable to offer expedited shipping. No exceptions.
  • Can I choose which carrier ships my order?
    • Unfortunately, we can not specify which carrier is used on orders.
  • What carrier is shipping my order?
    • The carriers used are FedEx, OnTrac, or Old Dominion Freight Line.
  • What if delivery services are unable to reach me by the phone numbers provided?
    • If we are made aware of this issue, by the carrier, we will contact you to set up delivery.
    • If we are unable to reach you by phone or email, the carrier will hold your shipment. In which case storage fees will accumulate, and you will be responsible.
    • You can call the carrier directly with the tracking information we have provided you.
    • If your shipment is returned to our warehouse, you will be charged for redelivery fees.

  • Is there a discount on shipping rates?
    • We do not offer any discounts on shipping rates. They are flat rated.

My Shipment has been delivered

I want to report shipping damage.

To report shipping damage, be sure to take photos of the damaged packing, all damaged items, and the delivery receipt. Then, email us at info@cabientnow.com with the photos and a description of which items have been damaged. We will do our best to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible.

A product is missing.

In the event of missing items, please email us at info@cabinetnow.com with a description of all the items you are missing. We will do our best to accommodate accordingly.

I received the wrong product.

If you received incorrect items, please be sure to take clear photos with a tape measure (showing W x H). Then, email us with a description of the issue at info@cabinetnow.com. If you are missing anything on your product such as prebore, finger pull notching, etc. be sure to take photos with a tape measure (showing W x H) to show the missing items. Email us the photos with a description of the issue at info@cabinetnow.com. In the event a mistake was made on the part of Homize. Inc. and its affiliates, we will do everything in our power to correct the mistake.

I have other issues with a product.

My shipment has not arrived yet

I want to cancel an order.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR CUSTOM PRODUCTS, ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES, ALTERATIONS, or CANCELLATIONS WILL BE MADE ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY. Where is my order?

You will receive order status updates throughout the process of getting your order to you. Our orders take 6-10 business days in production. If you have not received an update within 10 business days, please give us a call immediately so we can update you on the status of your order.

I need to change my order.

I need to order more items.

If more items are needed to complete your order, you will need to place a new order. Our orders are processed and placed into production immediately after they are received. Because of this, we are unable to make any changes to the orders.

I need to change shipping address.

Changes to shipping addresses must be made at least 3 business days before the ship date, in order to be honored. No exceptions.

My order was only partially delivered.

Please be sure to check the all your tracking numbers and information from your order status email. If all of your tracking numbers show they have been delivered, please give us a call at (855) 669-5222 or email us at info@cabinetnow.com letting us know immediately, so we can get this resolved for you.
