QUICKSHIP FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything contractors, builders, remodelers, and commercial teams need to know about our fast-track custom cabinetry program.

What is QuickShip? +

QuickShip is our fast-track custom cabinetry program designed for contractors, builders, remodelers, and commercial teams working against tight deadlines.

We manufacture custom cabinet components in-house, allowing qualifying projects to move into production quickly within a business day while maintaining the precision and quality required for professional installations.

What products qualify for QuickShip? +

QuickShip currently includes:

All products are built to your specifications and manufactured in our facility.

Are these stock cabinets? +

No. Every QuickShip order is built to your specifications and held to a 1/16-inch tolerance. We manufacture to your dimensions rather than forcing your project into stock sizes.

What does “held to a 1/16-inch tolerance” mean? +

It means your cabinets are manufactured to your specified dimensions with a tolerance of 1/16 inch.

  • Less field modification
  • Less recutting
  • Less shimming
  • Faster installation
  • Fewer callbacks

When schedules are tight, precision saves time.

Do you offer frameless and face frame construction? +

Yes. QuickShip supports both frameless and face frame cabinet construction, allowing you to build according to your project specifications.

What materials are available? +
  • Box Material: UV-prefinished maple carcasss for cabinet boxes 3/4" and 1/2"
  • Face frames: maple or white oak
  • Drawer boxes: 9-ply, finished
  • Doors: MDF (ready for paint) or TFL laminate slab

Material availability may vary based on production capacity and project requirements.

Can I order painted cabinets through QuickShip? +

Factory-painted products require additional production time and are not part of the standard QuickShip program.

QuickShip is designed around prefinished materials, laminate products, and raw-for-paint components that can move through production more quickly.

If your project requires a factory-painted finish, we can still help, but painted products will follow our standard lead times. As a general guideline, factory finishing adds approximately 3 weeks to production.

Do I need a cut list? +

A cut list is preferred and allows us to quote projects more quickly. However, you may also submit cabinet schedules, architectural plans, shop drawings, elevations, sketches, or existing project documentation.

How quickly can I receive a quote? +

Many QuickShip projects receive quote responses within 2 hours. Turnaround time may vary depending on project complexity, engineering requirements, and current production volume.

Is there a minimum project size? +

No. QuickShip supports a wide range of project sizes, from replacement components and punch-list items to large residential and commercial cabinetry packages.

How do I get started? +

Simply submit your cut list, plans, drawings, or project files through the QuickShip form. Our team will review your specifications and contact you regarding pricing, production availability, and next steps.
