Face Framed Cabinetry
Our framed cabinets are Ready To Assemble (RTA) and feature a solid hardwood face frame 3/4" thick, base cabinets have a standard 1.5" wide face frame, upper and tall cabinets have a standard 1.5" width stiles and bottom rail, top rail standard is 2.25", any deviations from the standard will be called out in the additional notes section and on the cabinet drawings. The cabinet carcass is made of 1/2" Purebond plywood. Base cabinets have a top spreader not a solid top. The standard interior for our framed cabinetry is UV resistant clear finished maple veneer, other options are a clear finished birch veneer, or a raw paintable or stainable veneer species matched to the face frame.
Any non standard interior finishes will be reflected in the additional notes section. Unless otherwise specified all exposed cabinet sides will be finished flush to the face frame with a raw paintable or stainable veneer species matched to the face frame. Adjustable shelves are 3/4" thick. Cabinets with adjustable shelves are line bored with 5mm shelf pin holes on 35mm centers. Shelf pins may or may not be included in the quote.
Full Access (Frameless) Cabinetry
Our frameless cabinets are Ready To Assemble (RTA) made from 3/4" Purebond plywood that is edge banded on the front(all cabinets), top and bottom (upper and tall cabinets). base cabinets have top spreaders and not a solid top. The standard interior for our frameless cabinetry is UV resistant clear finished maple veneer, other options are a white melamine, or a raw paintable or stainable veneer species matched to the front edge banding. Any non standard interior finishes will be reflected in the additional notes section. Our frameless cabinets feature the Lamello tensioning construction system; additional 3mm pilot holes are provided so you can use wood screws for additional reinforcement. We strongly encourage the use of applied panels to cover any exposed sides. Adjustable shelves are 3/4" thick. Cabinets with adjustable shelves are line bored with 5mm shelf pin holes on 35mm centers. Shelf pins may or may not be included in the quote. Additional options include an optional leg leveler system with or without a toe kick for all base and tall cabinets and a wall suspension system for all upper cabinets.
