Lead Times

All products are made to order. Production lead times begin after final drawings, specifications, payment and approvals are received.

Lead times shown below reflect estimated time in production and may vary based on product type, material selection, finish, and overall order complexity.

Standard vs. Priority Production

We offer two production scheduling options:

Standard Production

Orders are scheduled in our standard manufacturing queue. This option is ideal for projects with flexible timelines or those planned well in advance.

Priority Production

Priority Production moves your order ahead in the manufacturing queue, allowing for faster turnaround on time-sensitive projects. In the event you pay the fee for Priority Production, and we do not meet our estimates, your fee will be refunded. 

Business Days

The production timelines stated below are based on business days, and exclude all weekend days and holidays. 

Important Notes

• Production lead times are estimates, not guarantees.

• Lead times begin once all approvals are finalized and materials are released to production.

• Production lead times apply to manufacturing only and do not include shipping transit time.

• Availability of Priority Production may be limited during periods of high demand.

• Production lead times will vary based on conditions out of our control. 

How to use the table below

• Select Standard Production or Priority Production on the product page.

• For orders containing multiple product types, overall production time is determined by the item with the longest lead time. This applies to Priority Production orders as well. Your lead time will be the slowest lead time in your order.
